Once you’ve experienced a bodywork session and know what to expect you can customize your massages. I would encourage you to think about what your goals or needs are at the time of your appointment.

ASHIATSU BAREFOOT
What is Ashiatsu? An adaptation of an ancient form of barefoot massage using deep compression effleurage gliding over the body. Gravitational force is combined with centrifugal and centripetal movements to bring about a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage.

BAREFOOT THAI MASSAGE
Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

EXPECTANT MOTHER MASSAGE
Expectant mothers can receive massage throughout their pregnancy thanks to a special pillow bolster. It is made of thick foam and has holes cut out for mom’s growing belly and chest so she can lay face down and receive a massage comfortably.
