Barefoot Bodyworks is the only place I will get a massage. I have had a massage from each of the ladies, and I recommend them all. Each massage is so relaxing, but it isn’t JUST a “feel good” massage. You walk away with no tense or tight spots in your body!! 10/10 recommend!!

I recently had my first stretching appointment with Sara at Barefoot Bodyworks and loved every min of it. She was kind and paid attention to my body language to ensure she wasn’t applying to much pressure or anything like that. She was concerned through the whole appointment making sure I was comfortable. My lower back had been bothering me for a few weeks so I booked an appointment thinking it would help out, it sure did. With traditional massages I always leave feeling sluggish and tired (I love traditional massages) but what was awesome about this experience was that even though the stretching felt good and I felt relaxed through the whole thing, when I left I felt fresh and awake. I will be back soon!

I recommend taking Tiffany's classes! She was an amazing instructor. I felt confident before I left the class. I took the Warm Bamboo Massage and it was life changing. I am heat sensitive. I have tried using hot stones and they are pretty much too hot for me to hold. Warm bamboo re-opened the heat service door for me. I could hold the bamboo with no trouble and use it at peak performance time.

I recently took the Ashiatsu Bar Basic class on August 10-11th, 2018 after I was referred to Barefoot Bodyworks by a coworker. Prior to booking, I contacted Tiffany to find out more details. She was so informative, kind and responded quickly. I’m from out of town and she is located right next door to a Holiday Inn and also really close to the airport. I didn’t even need a rental car. I used Uber to get from the airport to the hotel. Really, I could have just walked; It’s only like 1/2 mile. Tiffany really knows her stuff. I love that the class sizes are small. She is watching and correcting all your moves if you make a mistake and she also gives a lot of positive feedback when you are doing it well. She is well prepared and provides a lot of online materials for review, such as YouTube videos, course handouts, instruction manual and is available if you have questions later. I would recommend Tiffany (Barefoot Bodyworks) to anyone interested in learning Ashiatsu barefoot massage!

I recently learned Ashiatsu massage from Tiffany Diaz-Linam with Barefoot Bodyworks. I could not be happier! First off, I live in Salt Lake City Utah. I could have taken Ashiatsu training here, but I have learned that I am rather selective when it comes to who I want to receive training from. When I came across Tiffany Diaz on youtube, I was instantly drawn to her professional approach to teaching. I was equally drawn to Tiffany as its clear she takes fitness and health seriously and practices what she preaches. After contacting Tiffany about Ashiatsu training, she responding to me that day with enthusiasm and professionalism. She also gave me travel tips on where to stay in AR. There is a Holiday Express literally next door to her studio, and the airport is only a 5-minute drive. It made it really efficient to travel there by myself and not need a car. The training was an intensive 2 days, that started on time and we went straight to work immediately. I really enjoy the no-nonsense approach to massage training, and highly value that there were only two other students in the class besides myself. I left the two-day trainings feeling ready to do Ashiatsu on the public. We received a lot of hands on training, or "feet on training" during our class time, which is critical to feeling confident about selling a new massage modality through your business. Ashiatsu is unlike any style of massage, and Tiffany was there the entire time making sure our bodies were in the right place to prevent injury to ourselves or to the client. I also took the advanced Ashiatsu course the following day one on one with Tiffany. It was incredible to be a solo student, and I highly recommend if you take the beginning Ashiatsu course, that you follow up with one more day of advanced to tie it all together. I wanted to get the most out of my time in AR, and Tiffany definitely delivered. If you come down to AR to take Ashiatsu training from Barefootbodyworks, you should prepare to sweat, prepare to work, prepare to learn! Overall, Tiffany is an incredible teacher and leads by example. After I left AR, I felt on cloud nine. It is hard not to feel motivated around Tiffany! Overall, I took the leap to come to AR by myself not knowing Tiffany beforehand. And I can tell you, she is the real deal. I can also tell you, Ashiatsu was the right choice for me as I plan on having a lifelong career in Massage and need to use my body more efficiently, especially when it comes to deep tissue. Massage is really wearing on the joints, and by doing Ashiatsu, you can use your body in a radically different way. I also love receiving Ashiatsu. It feels like smooth, solid and deeper pressure that really gets the job done and keeps you very relaxed while doing so!

This past weekend I was fortunate enough to take Tiffany Diaz's Warm Bamboo massage class in Fort Smith, AR. I was pleased to be so welcomed in her work space and found her teaching to be very informative! I decided to purchase the bamboo stalks from her rather than an online source. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftsmanship of the bamboo stalks. Well worth the money spent! I am so glad I found this course as I wanted to expand my services offered to my clients. The course was a joy to be a part of. I learned so many great techniques with the warm bamboo and enjoyed receiving the treatment as well, so that I would know what I will be offering to my clients. Tiffany was so friendly and fun to learn from! I look forward to taking another class taught by Tiffany in the future!

This past month i took two of Tiffany's 3hr. Ceu classes. Autoimmunity for massage therapist and understanding inflammation,immunity, and the gut micro biome for massage therapist. Tiffany is amazing! She is always just a phone call away and extremely helpful with any questions you might have. She's really dedicated to helping you learn. Her web-site is easy to navigate. And the courses are jam-packed with information. In these courses you have material to read along with study guides and videos that really help reinforce the information. I gained a lot of knowledge from the classes. Definitely worth the money and time. I also love the fact that I could do these courses at my own pace. A++ all the way around!

Working on the floor made it so much easier then working on the table itself. (Well at least from my point of view ��) Loved the small classes she provides cuz this way we had Tiffany giving us her full attention! I completed the 18 hour Basic Ashiatsu course with Tiffany Diaz this weekend and I am floored by how amazing barefoot work is! If I had to choose one massage modality to receive the rest of my life this would win hands down! Being able to give a full deep tissue massage without hurting my hands and wrists is gold. Tiffany is a wonderful instructor, she even took some great photos of me in action so that I would have images to use. The small class size means you have her full attention so you learn better and therefore leave feeling super capable of putting Ashiatsu to work for you in your own practice immediately. I will definitely be back to learn more, thank you Tiffany!

I took Tiffany's 18 hour pathology class this past weekend. I have to say if you are looking for more knowledge that can help you safely deliver massage or learn when massage is contraindicated this is the class for you. The class is discussion based as you work through case studies to further your knowledge of common illnesses. Don't worry you won't be on the spot you can share based on your experience and learn from other therapists. Tiffany has a wealth of experience both as a RN and MT. The book she choose for this class is well laid out and a great resource to keep on hand in your massage practice. Thank you Tiffany for a great class and resource.
