After completing the Basic Bar course and practicing your new posterior barefoot strokes, return for this 12-hour advanced training class and learn how to complete the anterior routine, advanced site-specific work, and how to safely deliver two-footed moves!
Your anterior and advanced training will allow for more time spent on your client’s “trouble” areas. While there are several double-footed strokes in this training session; most of the strokes are performed with one foot. So, this training is great for you even if you are not strong enough to pull your weight up with the overhead bars!

Now that you have mastered your basic footwork, you are ready to add to your barefoot toolbox!

I strongly suggest trainees bring snacks and lunch a refrigerator is available for drink storage. Therapists need to have their feet freshly pedicured and wear no toe or ankle jewelry. You also need to bring a pair of house shoes to wear while training to keep your bare feet off the floor. Please bring one fitted sheet, one face cradle cover, and one oversized towel to use when you are receiving the bodywork

Therapists, please wear loose comfortable clothing. Yoga capris work best; if you wear yoga pants we’ll roll the pant legs up to the knee. Men sometimes find basketball shorts or sweat pants to be most appropriate.
